Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may file a counter-notification with: identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
Replayd will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. We track DMCA complaints per user and enforce a three-strike policy.
Game Content & Fair Use
Replayd is a platform for sharing gameplay clips. Most gameplay recordings fall under fair use or are permitted by game publishers' content creation policies. However, we cannot provide legal advice on fair use. If you're unsure whether your content is permissible, consult the game publisher's content policy or a legal professional.
